Writers Helping Writers
Great website if you’re looking for another word to describe your hero’s nose or facial shape. Authors of “The Emotion Thesaurus”, Angela Ackerman and Becca Puglisi have put together a group of descriptive tools to help writers make the words sparkle.
Anything to do with English and grammar.
The Creative Penn
I highly recommend author, Joanna Penn’s, website. She has put together a mountain of information from how to write a book, to how to publish it. She has a very popular podcast, videos and a blog to help you.
The Write Life
This website is jam-packed with information for all types of writing, from blogging, to novels. It also has some really useful information if you want to do some freelancing.
Another of my favourite websites for anything to do with writing. Their website is packed with advice, inspiration and craft articles to help you improve whether you’re a novelist, short story writer, blogger or business writer.
Self Publishing Formula
If you’re considering self-publishing your book then you should definitely check out Self Publishing Formula’s website. This really comprehensive website was started by thriller-writer Mark Dawson who is now considered one of the leading forces in self publishing.
